Processing of personal data
The information collected is subjected to computer processing that serves to process the requests for on-line assistance and information, communication and statistical analyses. The recipients of the data are the Pandally AG staff who are qualified to process the information.

According to the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, modified in 2004, you have at any time, a right of access, rectification and opposition to all of your personal data. This right may be exercised by contacting the Communication Department.

Protection of personal data

Pandally AG is fully committed to protecting your private life and to respecting your choices. Pandally AG thus does everything it can to meet its obligations as per the 1998 Data Protection Act. We collect two types of information when a visit is made to the Pandally AG Website.

The first is personal data that is provided voluntarily by visitors when further information is requested or in order to contact them. The second type of information corresponds to the site statistics that serve to support the optimisation of our site.

If you decide to voluntarily provide us with personal information, it will be stored in our secure databases at the head office of our company where the relevant procedures for the protection of the information are in place.

Statistical data

In order to better understand the centres of interest of visitors to the site with a view to improving it, we sometimes measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits, as well as the visitors’ activity on the current site and how often they return.
